Why doesn't my AFSA member login work when I try to log into eCampus/RedVector courses?

Your AFSA member login and your eCampus login are not the same. Your AFSA member login is tied to your company, not an individual. Your eCampus login is tied to an individual, not a company, and allows us to track the courses that an individual person has taken. RedVector, the online provider for eCampus courses, uses your eCampus login to maintain their records. Use your AFSA member login information to obtain discount codes for the courses. You must sign up with Sprinkler eCampus to purchase or take courses. Use that new login information to log into eCampus.

How can I sign up to receive notification when a new training course or webinar is offered?

Send an email with your contact information (name, company, email, etc.) to membership@firesprinkler.org to be entered to receive future training announcements.

I finished an online Sprinkler eCampus/RedVector course. Where is my certificate?

Use your eCampus/ login info to access your course. On your account home page, you should see tabs near the top: My Account, My Courses, My Licenses, My CEU Transcript, My Certificates, … Once on the My Certificates page, you will be prompted to “Select a License” from a pull-down menu. If you have not specified a license for your coursework, select “Non-License Specific.” You should then see all courses you’ve completed. Click icon under “Download Certificate” to view/print.

 

Will taking any of these courses give me a NICET certification?

No. Only NICET issues NICET certifications. For more details, visit the NICET website.

Will any of this training help me get my NICET certification?

Yes. NICET offers two fire sprinkler-related certifications:  a) fire sprinkler system layout, and b) inspection and testing of water-based systems.  The Fire Sprinkler eCampus offers many courses on these subjects. 

Understand that most Fire Sprinkler eCampus courses are not developed solely as NICET study aides.  Instead, they are intended for those needing training in system layout or inspection.  Certainly after studying these courses, you will be that much more prepared for your NICET exam
